Fellow Scholarship Information

We will be awarding surgical and medical retina fellows a travel grant and complimentary registration to attend the annual Cole Eye Institute Imaging Summit on July 31, 2025.  Only 25 fellows will be selected for the travel stipend. This has been funded by a grant from Regeneron. The award shall be reported as required in accordance with all applicable federal or state requirements (e.g., Federal Sunshine Act).

Scholarship Travel Stipend:

You will receive a $400 stipend at the meeting with valid proof of fellows session and general session attendance and a completed W9 form. Only fellows traveling more than 60 miles to meeting location will receive a travel stipend.

Hotel Reimbursement:

You will receive a 1-night reimbursement (Room & Tax and up to $300). You will need to submit a receipt in order to get your 1-night reimbursement.  If you are sharing a room, please submit only 1 bill.

To be considered, you must register for the meeting here and complete the required form. Deadline to apply is JUNE 15, 2025.

Proof of attendance will be required to receive scholarship and reimbursement.
